1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the bdwim platform, accessible at bdwim.net and any associated sub-domains or mobile-optimised URLs operated by bdwim. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bdwim platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bdwim platform.

bdwim reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When a material change is made, bdwim will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account and will update the effective date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the bdwim platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with English-language legal conventions. Where any translation is provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any conflict or ambiguity.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" means the bdwim website, all associated pages, games, betting markets, and services available at bdwim.net.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a player on the bdwim platform.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses or uses the bdwim platform.
• "bdwim" / "We" / "Us" means the operator of the bdwim platform.
• "Wallet" means the internal bdwim balance associated with a registered player account.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by bdwim that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all platform operations.

2 Account Registration

To access the full range of bdwim services — including depositing funds, placing bets, playing casino games, and claiming bonuses — you must create a registered bdwim account. Registration is free of charge and is available to eligible individuals in Bangladesh who meet the requirements set out in these Terms.

2.1 Registration Requirements

To register a bdwim account, you must:

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered bdwim account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all wallet balances and pending withdrawals. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your knowledge, contact the bdwim support team immediately via Live Chat or at [email protected].

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

bdwim operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with anti-money-laundering best practices. Before processing your first withdrawal, bdwim will require you to submit a valid government-issued identification document. Accepted documents include:

• Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID)
• Valid Bangladeshi Passport
• Bangladesh Driving Licence (with photo)

bdwim reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

bdwim supports a range of local Bangladeshi payment methods to make funding your account and receiving your winnings as straightforward as possible. All transactions on the bdwim platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳).

3.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

bdwim currently accepts deposits via the following payment channels:

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your bdwim wallet instantly under normal operating conditions.

3.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to successful KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. bdwim targets a processing time of 15–30 minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

bdwim reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal that triggers internal risk thresholds. This is a standard security measure designed to protect players from unauthorised access to their funds.

3.3 Currency and Exchange

All bdwim account balances are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdwim does not support multi-currency accounts. If a deposit is initiated from an international payment instrument, any currency conversion will be applied at the rate set by the relevant card network at the time of the transaction. bdwim is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

4 Bonus & Promotions

bdwim offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing registered players. These include welcome deposit bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by bdwim are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement on bdwim welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. Only wagers placed using real-money balance (not bonus funds) where the net loss occurs count toward clearing a wagering requirement, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion.

4.2 Bonus Eligibility

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, device, and payment method.
• Reload and cashback bonuses are available to verified players whose accounts are in good standing.
• bdwim reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or disqualify a player from a promotion at any time if there is evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or collusion.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value until all wagering requirements are met.

4.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and any associated free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the specific promotion — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit. Expired bonus funds are forfeited and cannot be reinstated. Any winnings generated from expired bonus funds are also forfeited.

5 User Obligations

By registering and using a bdwim account, you agree to uphold the following obligations at all times. These obligations exist to protect all players on the platform, to ensure the integrity of gaming outcomes, and to maintain the security of the bdwim ecosystem.

5.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and throughout the lifetime of your account. You must notify bdwim promptly of any changes to your registered details — including your mobile number, address, or payment methods — by contacting the support team via Live Chat or at [email protected].

5.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bdwim login credentials. This includes:

• Choosing a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Enabling OTP two-factor authentication on your bdwim account.
• Logging out of your bdwim account when using a shared or public device.
• Notifying bdwim immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

5.3 Personal Use Only

Your bdwim account is for your personal use only. You must not allow any third party — including family members or friends — to access or use your account. You must not act as an agent for another person when placing bets or making deposits on the bdwim platform.

5.4 Compliance with Applicable Laws

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the bdwim platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. bdwim makes no representation that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions. If you are unsure whether online gaming is permitted in your location, you should seek independent legal advice before registering.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdwim platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all wallet balances, pending withdrawals, and accumulated bonuses.

• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one bdwim account in any form.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through coordinated wagering, arbitrage betting, or any technique designed to circumvent wagering requirements without genuine gameplay.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any live casino game, poker room, or sports betting market.
• Fraud and Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks on deposits, using stolen payment credentials, or providing false information to obtain funds from bdwim.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets on sporting events that you know or suspect to have been arranged or influenced in a predetermined manner.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with games on the bdwim platform.
• Underage Access: Attempting to register or play if you are under the age of 18, or facilitating access by any person under 18.
• Hacking or Exploitation: Attempting to exploit software bugs, vulnerabilities, or glitches in any bdwim game or the platform itself. Any winnings generated through exploitation will be void.

7 Age Restriction

bdwim operates a strict 18+ only policy. Access to all real-money gaming services on the bdwim platform — including casino games, cricket betting, Plinko, Bingo, and Slots — is exclusively available to individuals who are aged 18 years or older at the time of registration.

bdwim conducts mandatory age verification as part of the KYC process for all registered accounts. Players who cannot or will not verify their age to bdwim's satisfaction will have their accounts suspended and any withdrawals withheld pending resolution. Deposits made by players who are subsequently found to be under 18 will be refunded to the original payment method, and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

8 Account Closure

Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your wallet at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after standard KYC checks.

8.1 Voluntary Self-Exclusion

If you wish to close your bdwim account for responsible gaming reasons, you may request a self-exclusion directly from your account settings or through the Live Chat support team. Self-exclusion periods are available in the following durations: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent. During a self-exclusion period, your bdwim account will be fully restricted and you will not be able to log in, deposit, place bets, or receive promotional communications. Requests to reverse a self-exclusion before the agreed period has elapsed will be subject to a mandatory cooling-off period of at least 7 days.

8.2 Closure by bdwim

bdwim reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, multi-accounting, or collusion.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.
• Extended account inactivity (accounts with a zero balance inactive for more than 12 months may be archived).

Where an account is closed by bdwim due to a Terms violation, any wallet balance may be forfeited at bdwim's discretion depending on the severity of the breach. Players who believe their account has been closed in error may submit a formal dispute to [email protected] with their registered mobile number and a description of the issue.
